Is all this talk of food making you feel hungry? If you can't wait to get your dough, why not make your own at home? Here's my own favourite cookie recipe:-
Ingredients
4 oz softened butter 4oz flour 1 oz custard powder 2oz caster sugar 2 oz chopped chocolate a few drops of vanilla essence
Heat oven to 190C, 375F, GM5
Put all ingredients except chocolate into a bowl
Mix well
Add chocolate
Shape teaspoonfuls into 18-20 small balls
Place at least 5cm apart on a baking sheet
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Remove on to a wire rack & leave to cool. Enjoy!
